A beautiful Derby Kedleston shape ewer from the Bloor period, dating to c1820.

The ewer is decorated on both sides with superb hand painted summer flowers, thought to be the work of Derby's talented artist, Leonard Lead.

The ewer measures 8.5 inches tall and is in good condition for its age, save for some fine restoration to the gilded lip and handle.

Marked with the Bloor Derby mark within two concentric circles.
