Superb Derby plate, decorated with fruit within a basket, painted by one of Derby's foremost artists, George Complin, c1790.
The plate is in excellent condition, made from Duesbury's finest duck egg porcelain, and marked with crown, crossed batons, dots and D in puce and gilder's number 2 for Joseph Stables.
